Support for where you are now
Life doesn’t always follow the path we imagined. Whether you're facing something new or something long-standing, life has a way of challenging our sense of direction, identity, or peace.
I work with adults (18+) navigating life’s challenges—ADHD, anxiety, transitions, relationship dynamics, and inner conflicts—whether loud or quiet, overwhelming or subtle. No matter where you are in your story, or what brought you here, nothing is “too big” or “too small” to seek support.
You don’t have to have it all figured out to begin—just come as you are. We’ll figure it out together.
A cozy, comfortable space to talk.
Therapeutic Approach
I draw from person-centered, solution-focused, and strengths-based CBT approaches—so we’ll talk through what’s going on, explore what’s already helping, and build tools that actually fit you and your life. My goal is to help you work with the grain of how your mind and lifestyle naturally operate, not against them—because I believe therapy should be flexible and grounded in what matters most to you.
I aim to make sessions feel comfortable, relaxed, and real—more human than clinical, more connection than formality. Whether we’re talking things through, using metaphor, or pulling out art supplies or a board game, therapy doesn’t have to look one way. There’s space for humor, honesty, creativity, and whatever helps you feel safe and understood as we sort things out together—because therapy is about compassion, growth, understanding, and support for whatever you’re navigating.
It doesn’t mean you’re broken or need fixing.
However you show up, you and your story are welcome here.
